    Fibular Instability

I had the same problem. During my revision they fused the tib and the fib. INCREDIBLE bone pain healing but now I'm very happy with it.

A report for the Syme folk on the forum

I'm really interested in this. My right leg is a symes and my left is a BK. I cracked my symes in half playing basketball today. I'd love to see a video of the jumping also I've recently started playing sports and the legs I have just aint cutting it.

    Dolphin Receives Prosthetic Fluke

I was in Walter Reed for 6 months. Im not sure what all the fuss is about lately. But I had nothing but the best treatment while I was there. Best hospital I've ever been to.

Has anyone ever had a nerve block?

I'd be to scared to try any anything like that. What kind of paing do you get? Is it constant all the time or does it come in waves or what?

    I feel stuck.

I finally got a job this week working holiday hours. It dosn't pay very well but im sick of doing nothing. All my life befor the operation I had very physical demanding jobs so I don't have much experiance doing anything else. When I come home after work my legs feel like they are on fire. And though I wont complain at work and I show motivation for being there I cant work as fast as the other guys can. I'm worried this is gonna lower my chances of being hired after the holidays. I'm not sure there is any real answer to my problem I just needed to let it out.

I've found also that im alot more out going since my operation. Not to long ago I would have never gone out to dance. But now I have something to blame my suckiness on LOL. I tell the girls the doctors most have given me 2 left feet.

I totally agree with Kaz. I would rather the fight get stopped than to have not tried at all. I would rather lose than live with the regret of not trying at all.

From my own experience I've done epidural and general anestetic. But this last surgery I woke up extremely violent and punched out a couple nurses. Kinda wierd because I'm not a violent person at all and it takes alot to get me angry.

Finally I can sleep. :D Took long enough to get a run of question that didn't ask me who Miss America was in the 1960s.
