The meaning of a word!

Recommended Posts

Hi

I saw this the other day.It said the meaning of the word (Family) (F)ather (A)nd (M)other (I) (L)ove (Y)ou. I thought that was very true.Sadly neither of our parent's are with us now.

Regards Pat.

As Lilo, in her own eloquent way says, "'Ohana means family. Family means no one is left behind - or forgotten." Whether related to you by birth or not, family are those who nurture and care about you. "The great thing about 'ohana' is that family is not defined by parents or uncles. It can be a whole community" Anyone you value is part of your "family"

Thanks for getting us thinking about family Pat! :D

Hi Pat

I think Ohana is anyone who cares and stands by you, it can be anyone. But thanks for getting us thinking about what our family is to us.
