Recommended Posts

I pictured my little boy Samuel a day after his arrival.

He is now 6 weeks old and 3lbs heavier.

Hope the picture comes out ok.

Thanks again for all your kind words.

Mike.

Afet, can you help with the resizeing of the picture again, thanks xx

Hi Mike

My wife and I are travelling way out of town tomorrow just to watch our 11 year old granddaughter in her first High School play.

Someday, you will more than likely be going to his daughters play, (or something like it). The gift from God that just keeps on giving.

Thanks for sharing.

Mike he is really gorgeous.

It's the kind of love and happiness you can't explain if you don't actually go down that road and feel it for yourself.

And believe it or not - it gets better and better. Amazing huh?

Well, until they hit the terrible 3's....oh yes....then there's the 7's....that passes though.

Oh yes....then the 12's....then the 16's.....then AHHHHH peace when they get to around 18. Well, that's how far I am LOL - I'll let you know in a few years if there's another wobbly phase.

Thanks for sharing - just awesome!

Ally

The chair is new on the market. It's brilliant, it's called a Bumbo chair.

He can't fall forward in it so it's like having another pair of hands.

Mike.

What a cutie-pa-tutie! I have 3 kids, the youngest being 18, and I'm looking forward to being a grandma. In time though, there's no marriages yet and it might be nice for them to take the old traditional route of marriage and then baby!

Samuel is lovely, Mike! :) Is he as gorgeous as he looks? Of course, he is! :)

He's just the right size too - my daughter was about that size. My son, however, was 3 weeks early & 9lb 15.5oz & 24 inches long...I was so pleased he arrived early!

Those Bumbo chairs are a great idea, aren't they?

Lizzie :)

Hi Mike

I won't know until I post this if I succeeded or not. I hope you, or Afet ,don't mind my experimenting. I'm just learning to run this darn computer, and I like a challenge.

Here goes. If I don't succeed, maybe Johnny V. can cancel it, and Afet can do it right.

Ha. Now if only I can remember how I did that.

Good looking young man. Eyes open to the world. You and your wife have every right to be proud. Thank you for sharing.

(How do say chuffing in American English?)

And a very Merry Christmas to you and your family also Mike.

Hi Mike

Sorry I'm late with the congratulations ----- so CONGRATULATIONS to both of you.

He's a good looking kid, but then --- with you as parents I wouldn't expect anything less.

I presume that this is your first??? I bet that you will eventually go for more.

One of each is brilliant. That is what I had --- then you don't need anymore.

I'm sure he will bring you much joy and happiness in the early years.

Regards

John

Of course I don't mind, Jim. Well done... you did a great job shrinking that there! I'm impressed! B)

Mike,

Samuel is looking very cute, as per usual!! :D

It must be an amazing feeling, watching him grow.

To answer your question on how the chuffing heck you can resize your pics, I use Irfanview, which is a graphics viewer software. You can download it for FREE using the link above.

I'm now going to shrink your first photo so it doesn't offset the page. ;)

:) :) :)
