No problem.

This is what you do.....

In your message text box (if you are typing a message, then that's where you are...here...typing all this drivel like me)....

Click on the button in the blue section above that says HTTP://

A box will come up and prompt you to enter the link. The box will already have the start of the link, ie, http://

So, if you are wanting to put in a link for, say, this Heather Mills forum, you will type in the link directly after the http://

Like this..... http://www.heathermillsmccartney.com

Then click on the OK button

A box will come up and prompt you to enter the name of the link. This is free text, you can call it anything you like.....ie.....Heather's Site

Click on the OK button.

You should then have a link in your message that looks like this :

Heather's Site

Yes?

Give it a go.....

Ally

Great Ally

That was plain and simple enough. Now, will you help me learn this Microsoft Front Page 2000 so that I can learn to make my own web site?

Ha, Yes, I was just kidding, but I bet if you were around here you could explain it.

I guess I will just have to learn it the old fashioned way - I'll have to work for it.

Actually, my wife is great at all of this and has been teaching me this last year and a half. Last year I couldn't even turn on a computer - Now I "are" one.

You're welcome Pat.

Actually, I'm kind of like a bot now, in manual mode. Have written about 200 pages for an accounting package and am only about a tenth of the way through.

What I don't let myself in for, I swear.

Ally <--- slaps self on head

Like Jim and computers, as far as user manuals go at the moment, I are one  :P
