The Hot Seat

Recommended Posts

Ok I got an idea to get us all posting again and at the same time have a bit of fun. I've seen this work quite well on other forums and hope everyone joins in.

Each week we will have a person sitting in the Hot Seat. Everyone will then have the opportunity to ask 3 questions on any subject.

RULES

1.The person in the Hot Seat must not lie. You can be evasive and funny but don't lie.

If someone asks something that you don't wish to answer then just say so or be funny and evasive.

2. At the end of each week the person in the Hot Seat may nominate anyone else he or she wants to sit in the Hot Seat for the next week.

3. Try not to be rude this is meant to be fun only :D

4. Ummmm.......no that's enough rules

As it's Monday here...and it's my silly idea.... I'll kick it off by sitting in the Hot Seat myself.

Go for it, do your worst.........I dare you :D

Ok Kaz first.........

1. Without cheating at all I'd have to say that the number would be the one exactly at 270 degrees from the number 5 going clockwise

2. I think it's white but that would depend on how long it's been going for...they go forever apparently so it mught be a little grey from all that activity.

3.KLM.........Kan't Land Massiveplanes?

Blue....that's just nasty

1. The Poms won it but only just and we have next summer to look forward to.

2. I think he is a Pom but you never know with all the imports you get over there.

3. Tasmanian

Cat,

1) What has been the best, most defining moment, in your life so far?

2) If you could have anything in this world, what would it be?

(no typical answers though, like asking for 'World Peace' or 'To be mega-rich,' etc.)

3) If you could have a 'one-to-one' with anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

OK, these'll do me! ;)

(Fantastic idea by the way Cat. :D )

1. The coldest

2. Both teams have 11 players except they both have 12th men. They play on an oval but a lot of batsmen prefer the square cut. One team goes in till the other team gets them out then the other team goes in and they do that that till they both go out twice except in limited overs where they only do it once. A test match lasts for 5 days unless it finishes before that and after 5 days it can still finish without a result but that can be quite exciting. A limited overs game goes for only one day but can be very boring. A batsman can go out many ways. Caught, bowled, run out, stumped or leg before wicket. It doesn't however need to hit your leg for you to be out LBW. A bowler must keep his arm straight when bowling except if you come from some countries where evolution appears to have excluded a straight elbow. One of the best rules is that England can get players from almost any corner of the world. They then send them here to live where they lose their keys in the ground and annoy us a lot. Traditionally one rule is that Australia always beats England but we have relaxed that at the moment due to falling beer sales in England. There are many other rules but those are the ones that matter most.

3. Your not holding any up cos you are typing.

In this episode, 99 states her name to be Susan Hilton. While many trivia quizzes list this as 99's real name, at the end of the episode, 99 states that it's a cover name and not her real real name.
