Kep 5 Report post Posted July 25, 2009 Looking around today, I came across a newspaper article about the recently completed 2009 Amputees Across America bike ride. One of the riders is a forum member and this isn't the first time he has accomplished this feat. Congratulations to Abel Cruz and the other riders. http://www.amputeesacrossamerica.com/aaa2009/index2009.htm

Higgy 37 Report post Posted July 26, 2009 Unfortunately, you can't remove them, only administration can...Don't worry about it, one of us usually catches the bad ones and get rid of them....
Abel Cruz 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2009 Looking around today, I came across a newspaper article about the recently completed 2009 Amputees Across America bike ride. One of the riders is a forum member and this isn't the first time he has accomplished this feat. Congratulations to Abel Cruz and the other riders. http://www.amputeesacrossamerica.com/aaa2009/index2009.htm Thanks Kep. Amputees Across America is looking for one more rider for its 2010 transcontental ride. We will depart Tustin CA on June 2nd and arrive in Vero Beach Fl the end July. We visit HealthSouth Rehabhospitals and Amputee Support Groups along the route. You don't need to be an expert rider or even a hard core athlete. If you visit www.amputeesacrossamerica.com and brousethrough previous years jounals you will see that we definatly are not athletes, we are not all young. But we all agree that it is not about the ride it is about the paitients we meet. I learned about AAA a few months after my accident and they totally inspired and incouraged me.
