Is there a no talc powder?

This... Alps Skin Lotion, it seems wierd at first, to use something 'wet' instead, but I started using it about 15 years ago and have never touched talc since.

It's a little known fact that tal is actually an abrasive! It's very messy too. I use this lotion, and, if I'm at home when I don my leg, I use a hairdryer to totally dry the stump and groin area (AK) before using a little of the lotion, just around the iscium and groin so I get no sticking. The lotion dries itself off before you know it.

Talc is a thing of the distant past for me.

Also, artificial limbs don't particularly like tal either, it can get 'into the workings' and affect them.

Thanks! Good to know! I use what is handy! I used Gold Bond powder

which has talc, on my sleve...can't do that for long! Told my

prosthetic Dr. who said 'use less' !

There are other things to use! Glad to ask folks for their experiences.
